Ambion® provides higher quality RNA that is DNase treated and meets high quality control standards. Supplied in tubes containing 200 μg at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. Process samples with Ambion® RNA Isolation Reagent to obtain high-purity, intact RNA. We perform stringent DNase treatment to ensure that the RNA is immediately ready for use in any downstream applications, including RT-PCR. Note: Although it is not possible to completely remove every DNA molecule from an RNA sample, each preparation is tested to ensure that any residual DNA contamination is minimal. RNA integrity was verified by capillary electrophoresis using the Agilent® 2100 Bioanalyzer.
